At AssistKAR, we prioritize the protection and confidentiality of our riders' personal and telemetry data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and safeguard your details when you use the AssistKAR IoT hardware module and companion app.

1. Collection of Data

We collect minimal essential information to operate our safety systems effectively:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and city provided during pre-order and companion app setup.
• Vehicle Details: Motorcycle manufacturer and model name, enabling correct wiring harness distribution.
• Incident Location Telemetry: In the event of a verified high-G impact trigger, AssistKAR calculates precise GPS coordinates (Latitude/Longitude) to construct emergency Crash SOS alerts.

2. Processing & Usage of Information

Your telemetry data is processed locally on the dual-core IoT module. Coordinates are only compiled and sent via cellular SMS channels during a verified crash event directly to your designated emergency contacts. No real-time GPS tracking log is compiled or uploaded to external servers.

3. Data Security & Storage

AssistKAR does not maintain cloud storage databases of your continuous riding routes. Your configurations, including emergency mobile contacts, are saved securely onto your device's local hardware EEPROM.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal or telemetry logs to advertising networks or third-party brokers. Data dispatch is strictly limited to emergency SMS routing using standard carrier infrastructure during automated SOS states.
