Welcome to AssistKAR. By purchasing or installing our universal motorcycle IoT system, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the user and AssistKAR. If you do not agree to all terms, do not install or operate the AssistKAR module.

2. Installation & User Responsibility

AssistKAR is designed as a universal plug-and-play auxiliary lighting and telemetry system connecting directly to standard 12V motorcycle battery terminals. Users are solely responsible for following the provided installation manual safely, ensuring wiring is routed away from hot engine components, sharp edges, and moving steering assemblies.

3. Safety Disclaimer

AssistKAR's adaptive cornering lights and Crash SOS alerts are designed as supplementary rider aids. They are NOT a replacement for attentive defensive riding, regular headlight maintenance, or emergency phone communication methods. We make no warranty that cellular networks will always be accessible to broadcast SMS alerts in remote locations.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the purchase, installation, or use of AssistKAR products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
